The spicy masculine notes of Burberry Touch cologne are warmed up by mandarin hints. Its unique violet-scented middle note is enhanced by woody tones lingering onto an elegant layer of musk. Top notes: Artemisia, Violet Leaves, Mandarin leaves. Middle notes: Cedarwood, Nutmeg, White Pepper. Base notes: Vetiver, Tonka, White Musk. The coil-shaped bottle is a creation of Fabien Baron. Burberry Touch cologne is packaged in a real ottoman pouch and protected by a tartant-style case. The wooden cap, carved in ash tree has the natural look and feel of the veins of the tree. For the brand, the effects created by the warm and natural, translate a return to the roots.

“Touch” is one of 10 kinds of colognes in my collection and it’s the best, hands down. It’s that kind of scent that you can wear to any occasion (formal, night out on the town) with any kind of clothing (suit, casual). I get a lot of comments from the ladies, too.

Let me first start of by saying I love ‘Touch’ by Burberry, I wear it more than I wear any other cologne I own. It is very versatile and not too strong in its fragrance. However, the scent doesn’t last very long and you may have to spray a few more times than usual to achieve results that will last to your hoping.
‘Touch’ is the first cologne Burberry has designed that leans towards a “sour” smell but in this case, it works. ‘Touch’ is very romantic, elegant, provocative, and sensational all at once…but its effects are only minimal. Maybe if it were redesigned to produce long-lasting results then I would probably add the 5th star to this rating but unfortunately, the scene span of ‘Touch’ can only leave me wishing..

Give this scent a chance (get a sample from your local dept store). I could not smell anything the first few whiffs, but then when I took the sample home I discovered that it works great on me. It has lasted me the past few days about 8-9 hours on one spray. It depends on the person, so if you should try it. It’s a light scent, and it was what I was looking for.

I am by no means any kind of expert on the in’s and out’s of quality cologne. I do however know what works for my chemistry and what works for the ladies. When I first smelled Touch, I thought, “Not bad, and an attractive bottle.” The initial spray did not grab me, however with the dry down….it was wonderful. I actually had a young lady at my job physically stop me in the hall, sniff my neck, and look at me with longing eyes and ask what I was wearing! At that point, I knew that Touch was going to be part of my “smell good” arsenal!

This was my first cologne purchase. It’s a really delicious scent — complex and pleasant, not overpowering. Give it 15 min to dry and mix with your skin. It truly does smell different from the first spray. I can’t stop smelling myself…I really love the smell.
My only complaint (and it’s a biggy) is that it doesn’t last for more than a few hours. After two or three hours it’s completely gone except for a slight trace when I press my nose to my skin. I’ve tried spraying it on my body (neck, wrists) and also my clothing, and it just doesn’t last. I feel the need to carry the bottle with me and reapply it every few hours, but that’s not going to realistically happen. It’s really disappointing, since it’s so delicious.
